1. General Terms
- These terms govern your use of Apex Limo’s transportation services.
- By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- Apex Limo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
2. Booking and Reservations
- Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or call from Apex Limo.
- Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup times, locations, and destinations.
- Payment: A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Customer:
- For airport transfers and point-to-point trips, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
- Hourly and shuttle services must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the specified timeframes may result in partial or no refund.
- Cancellation by Apex Limo:
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle issues). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Service Usage
- Punctuality: Customers are expected to be on time at the agreed pickup location. Additional wait times may incur extra charges.
- Passenger Conduct:
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol (unless pre-approved), and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party.
- Luggage:
- Apex Limo is not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Please check your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
5. Pricing and Additional Charges
- Tolls and Fees: Any tolls, parking fees, or additional stops not included in the booking will be charged to the customer.
- Wait Time:
- A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for standard pickups.
- For airport pickups, a grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Afterward, additional wait time charges will apply.
- Extra Stops: Any additional stops during the ride must be pre-arranged and may incur extra fees.
6. Liability
- Apex Limo strives to provide timely and reliable service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or flight delays.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid for the service.
7. Privacy Policy
- Apex Limo respects your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
- In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
